- They are motivated to call due to the point redeem system
Suggestions for improvement
- GUI needs improvement
- Users took some time to figure out how to use it
- They feel that the application should be separated into 3 different applications
- Redeem system is not obvious in the video prototype
- Should have multi-language to aid users
